- Will do as Dragon says
- Will be punished if they do not listen
- May be forcebred by Dragon only
- Must care for all foals, no matter whose they are
- Must accept the position they are given
- Dragon has control over their foals and them, he can trade and separate who he pleases
- Babes -
- Must be sired by Dragon, or are killed
- Fillies are kept for trading, colts must leave at age three
- Foals are given the best care
- No foals are to be harmed or taken off Dragon's land without his permission
- Stallions -
- Dragon does not accept subherders, so don't ask.

- Will be driven out immediately.
