Desevaria

Oh it has been said that tere is no utopias, but here you have stumbled upon it! These lands are filled with many different trees, ones that can withstand the harsh winters that come about, and protect those whom reside within it. A great river winds through these lands, and many little streams have sprouted off from it so you do not have to go far for water. These waters have come straight from the mountains as well, so it is clear and untainted. In some areas, you will find openings with soft mossy spots, or caves, which in some, if you go deep enough have room-like areas to shelter one from the cold. Even deeper, there are warm springs of water, a few of them cold for drinking. Outside of some of these caves are large grazing areas which a few go untouched of frost during the winter. But be careful, in some of these caves one may find something that they do not want to see! Give one loud yell, and your leader should be there in a snap to save you though.
