Haha I'm miss Complicated here haha. Um my POV is going to be keep claimable land and/or add more if activity demands it. Have more Social lands, free breeding within herds/harems I'd say or mates how ever peoples like to have it. Haha So makes me think of mares being used as trade and alliances pieces, like daughters being given to other herds with land as peace or truce treaties. In that case so in favor of happening Idk why just am.

Unless you mean like the free breeding as different alliances getting it on with any other alliance. I'd say keep that as rules of each ruler of the Alliances say. Like Southerns forbid breeding with Northerns...visaversa. Or Northerns encourage the stallions to ravage any mare of the other alliances. And perhaps in the Southerners it's punishable in banishment even if it was by rape or something. They just don't want that type of happenings and possible bad-egg of a foal growing up in the South.... Does this make sense?

i'd do one of the first two, combine them, or go with txep. some claimable land with more social areas so some harems can have a land and others can just roam. and yeah, everything else txep said i think~
