hal needs some plots!

Hey guys so I need some plots with my boy Hal. He is an Easterner, not to sure if there is any around here. But he is willing to interact with anyone. He isn't scared of much, which causes him to dive into sticky situations without much thought given to his safety at all. He is a ladies man, but can never decide on one girl.

I am pretty much open to anything with him.

and this girl Myst who is a northern

He could interact with any one He can even deal with the crazies!!
